It's always a good sign when the server asks you if you'd like an Americanized or authentic dish. I got the twice-cooked pork, my boyfriend got the Singapore noodles, and we got an order of calamari (tender, crisp light coating, beautiful). The food came very quickly, was super reasonable, the brown rice was premium brown Nishiki short-grain rice, and the server was super kind and attentive.
